Spider Swing

An action shot built specifically around camera work, pacing, and clean arcs following a swing through a city block from launch to landing. The core problem was keeping the swing's arc reading as one continuous, physically real curve through space, even as the framing constantly shifts underneath it: the camera has to track fast enough to keep pace with the swing without fighting the character's own motion, so camera and character arc needed to be built together rather than the camera just chasing a finished animation after the fact. Pacing carried just as much weight holding the airborne portion of the swing long enough to sell height and momentum, then snapping the timing tighter through the landing and crouch so the impact hits hard, was the difference between a swing that feels weightless and one that feels grounded in real physics.
